Coco Rocha wrote a great article for Vogue about the role social media plays in a model’s life.
The Instagram themed shoot is by Leslie Kirchhoff of Le Fur Coat. She runs a great blog and is super talented, so check that out as well!
Vimeo is one of the most fantastic sources of inspiration there is. In a few short minutes, you can be aware of places and people that otherwise you never would have come across.
I just wanted to share some of the short films I’m loving right now.
A bird ballet | Music Video from Neels CASTILLON on Vimeo.
Ira Glass on Storytelling from David Shiyang Liu on Vimeo.
Coco + James // Short film from Americana Cinema on Vimeo.
So there you go! I hope you enjoyed these as much as I do.
I love Coco Rocha’s wedding video; what a lovely couple!
Just when I thought I could not miss Agyness Deyn anymore, InStyle UK because heaven forbid that a US mag put a model on the cover came through in a major, nod to the Sixties kinda way.
So the new readers know, I adore Agyness and she was my inspiration for the haircut that has literally changed my life; I do believe this blogger owes her a great big happy belated birthday indeed!
Does anyone remember way back in the day when I did a Model of the Week segment? I loved doing those! I have decided to reinstate the segment, but this time, I will focus on a new model every month. That will help me to be consistent!

He’s French, he’s swarthy and he’s a dancer! I do not know much about Willy, except that I adore his look. While I would like to avoid putting Willy in a box, there is no denying that he looks like a Spanish pirate mixed with an Indian brave. I mean, how could you go wrong?
He has been wildly successful with Givenchy and Jean Paul Gaultier, and is the darling of editorials across the globe. I cannot wait to see his face everywhere. Hello, H+M, are you listening?
I think Willy’s success is due in part to his unique appeal; his youth is obvious, but there is something almost ancient about him. It’s like he is from a century long ago, one with mystery, chivalry and a little danger thrown into the mix. I dig it.

Also, there is a fabulous Tumblr dedicated to Willy with some photos from campaigns, street style to his Instagram. I don’t mean to comment on his personal life, but two words: Frank Ocean (!)
